Quarterly dues of $205 ($820 per year). 

The Board is again offering a $100 early pay incentive for neighbors if their (1) $720.00 payment for the year is POSTED to their account by 1/31 and (2) HAVE A $0.00 BALANCE ON THEIR ACCOUNT AS OF prior year.
